Australia's independantly owner and run magazine focused on Australian and New Zealand fibre craft.
Embodying all things yarn,
Yarnologie is an independently owned and run Australian magazine, founded in 2018 as a digital publication by Sarah. In 2021, Yarnologie is making the exciting move to print.
Sarah started Yarnologie when she saw a need for a fibre craft magazine that is focused on Australia and New Zealand. Yarnologie embodies all things yarn, hence the name.
Sarah is a knitting pattern designer and yarn boutique owner. She started writing for magazines at a young age and loves hearing and sharing other people’s stories. She also loves inspiring other crafters to make how they want to make.
Yarnologie is unique in its format.
Yarnologie interviews others about their experiences with fibre craft. Yarnologie aims to be uplifting and therefore inspiring, with informative articles and tutorials that teach you more about yarn and the things we can create with it.
Each issue is put together by Editor Sarah and our small in-house team, and our graphic designer makes it shine.
