This full-day Knitting Workshop explores two key colourwork techniques which form part of this unique shawl designed by Pru Raymond. Pru is our favourite Knitpreneur, Knitter, Designer and teacher from South Australia.
We are SO THRILLED to have her at our store to teach this wonderful workshop.
Skill development focuses on reading and designing mosaic and stranded (fair isle) colourwork charts, consistent colour dominance, techniques for working two colours at a time, and steeking.
Please note: we will be making a mini-version in this time, but a full size pattern will be provided.
About your Tutor: Dear Pru is passionate about holding a space for people to build skills and confidence while connecting with others through making. She draws on 16 years' experience in secondary and tertiary education and a lifetime of knitting, nutured principally by her paternal grandma. Her values resonate with us and we are thrilled to host this workshop.
