In the Red is a hand pieced quilt, so come and join the group to sit and stitch to make this beautiful quilt. If you are new to making a quilt by hand, come and learn the gentle art of handpiecing with Josie. If you are already an expert, then come anyway, meet new people, make new friends and be a part of the group to make this quilt.
We have curated a beautiful starter pack of fabrics from the ranges of Luccello, Judy Newman and Margaret Mew to get you started on this quilt. You will be happy to know the quilt pattern for In the Red includes acrylic templates which makes cutting fabric pieces so much easier.
These 3 classes will be the first of our new regular stitching group, so come and join up to be a part of the Calico and Ivy group. (Foundation members hahahaha)

Cost: $195 which includes 3 classes, quilt pattern and template, a curated bundle of fabrics to start your quilt with, tuition and guidance, coffee, tea and scrumptious cake. Class requirements: Bring your ruler, Rotary cutter, fabric scissors, sandpaper board, HB pencil, needles, threads and general sewing supplies. |
