Shipping Policy

Calico and Ivy uses Australia Post to send our online orders within Australia and to international destinations.

Australia Post provides standard and express postage options, which can be selected at checkout. If you need your order swiftly, choose the express option. 

For Australian customers

Under $200	$9.70 flat standard shipping
Over $200	FREE standard shipping
Express postage	$15.00 flat rate within Australia up to 5 kg weight

Note: Where bulky items are ordered, such as yarn swifts, we will calculate shipping rates manually and contact you to confirm the cost and update your order. 

For international customers

Standard international	Fee based on destination
Express international	Fee based on destination

Notes: 

• Australia Post advises that international shipping will experience major delays over the coming months. Express shipping is not available to many countries. Once your order is received, we will contact you to confirm cost and update your order accordingly.
• We recommend selecting insurance on all international orders. We cannot be held responsible for orders once they have been lodged with our post office. 

Store click and collect

Store pickup is available at Calico and Ivy. Your order will be available for pickup from Calico and Ivy, 4/111 Claremont Crescent Swanbourne on the same day if an order is placed before midday. Orders placed after midday will be available for collection the next day.
