At Calico and Ivy, we love to see our customers happy with their purchases, and we do understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Our return policy is applicable to both in-store and online purchases.
We do not offer returns for yarn wound from a skein into a ball or for cut fabrics as these are both unsaleable.
We offer exchanges for purchased yarn within 30 days. Yarn must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and it must match dye lots we currently have in store. For online purchases, any return postage is the responsibility of the customer and no liability is accepted for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Where an item is faulty or damaged, we are happy to refund or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.
For purchases made online, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your purchase to enable us to assist you. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone the store. We will pay for return postage if goods are faulty or damaged and arrange for a replacement or refund.
