Loft is the baby sister of Shelter and was released in 2011 as the new little darling by the team at Brooklyn Tweed. It is no surprise that Loft has enjoyed terrific success.
This fingering weight yarn comes in the same large range of heathered colours as Shelter and is masterfully dyed in a carefully created rustic palette.
Like Shelter, treat Loft gently. Being a woolen spun yarn, it is delicate.
Once you knit and block your chosen garment, you will be delighted in the fabric that you have produced. Perfect for colourwork, you will love knitting with this yarn.
It's hard to pick a favourite but the Calico and Ivy team love Brooklyn Tweed patterns for this yarn including Voe by Gudrun Johnston and Nord by Veronica Avery.
