A blend and yarn that is perfect for machine washing and wearing. Using the natural characteristics of Devon's local wool, this range not only celebrates Exmoor, it exalts it. Blending the Exmoor Blueface, the Bluefaced Leicester, the Corriedale as well as Zwartbles for it's extra bounce and dreamy fleck, enhanced by a pinch of nylon for durability. 

The Exmoor Sock range from John Arbor is (in our humble opinion) one of the best sock wools available, but this doesn't stop us loving it for colour work, garments and accessories. 

Yarn specs

Composition:  60% Exmoor Blue Face, 20% Corriedale, 10% Zwartbles, 10% Nylon

Weight:  Fingering weight

Length: approx. 200 metres per 50gm skein

Needle size:  2.25mm knitting needles. 2mm - 3mm crochet hook.

Gauge:  36 sts x 44 rows = 10cm

Care:  Machine wash on gentle wool cycle or handwash.  Lay flat to dry.
