Class Policies

 

Calico and Ivy run a series of classes for our customers across the year. Topics of some of the classes we run include Crochet, Knitting, Sewing and Quilt making.  

We always endeavour to make sure that we cover beginners through to advanced topics to encompass all your needs. 

Make sure you sign up to receive a copy of our class newsletter through the link on this Website. Places always sell out so quickly to our classes, so contact us to secure your place as soon as you can.

 

CLASS POLICIES:

*All materials and yarns required to complete your class project are required to be purchased from Calico and Ivy, unless otherwise stated.  
*All class positions will  not be considered finalised unless full payment is received. 
*You can transfer your class to a friend if you are unable to attend.

*Please, no children or babies in class.
*Sewing machines, if required, must be functioning adequately. 



CANCELLATIONS:
*If Calico & Ivy cancel a class due to lack of participants, we will refund your class fees promptly. 

 

FOR CALICO AND IVY CLASSES (Eg, Class run by Calico staff)
*If you are unable to attend, a full refund is available if 7 days notice is given prior to the class date. 

*Once you commence your course, we cannot provide a refund for class days you are unable to attend for any reason.

 

FOR SPECIAL GUEST WORKSHOPS (Eg, A visiting Tutor from interstate or overseas)
*Calico and Ivy arrange for visiting tutors to come to the store for a range of workshops.  Their tuition fees are paid upfront for the class by us.
*No refunds will be given if there is less than 2 weeks notice given by you prior to the class.
*You can transfer your class to a friend if you are unable to attend. 
*On the day if you are unable to attend, we are unable to refund your class payment
